Shipping policy
All orders will be shipped within 7 business days. Typically, our orders ship between 1-3 business days. Tracking information will automatically be updated via the email you used at checkout. Along with your email, you will receive shipping updates if you have the Shop App, available on both Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Please check your spam folder and Shop App account and if neither have an update after 7 business days, contact us via email or Instagram.
If there is any issue with shipping, we will email you with an update immediately. In some circumstances, such as delays from vendors, we may ask if you want to wait or cancel your order.
All orders of 2+ funko pops or 1lb+ of items includes $100 in insurance to cover lost and damaged items. If you want to request more insurance for your purchase, please email us or contact us on Instagram immediately after placing your order. We can not add insurance once the item has been shipped. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages so please consider adding insurance/additional insurance on your packages. First class packages do not have insurance, so a single, standard 4" funko pop, regardless of value, isn't insured against being lost/stolen/damaged.
