Refund policy
At this time, Nic's Pop Shop doesn't offer returns or refunds. All sales are final. This includes all items sold on our site, including gift cards and sale items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and find a solution. We are not responsible for damage caused by shipping carriers. We ship with bubble wrap, filler paper, fragile stickers, and other resources to provide safe deliveries.
- You have the option to add insurance and pop protectors to your order.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds/returns on any orders unless one of the following circumstances applies:
- Canceling an order for fraud. Your order will be fully refunded and you will be banned from our site.
- Our 100% free cancellation on pre-orders until they have shipped to us/to you. All sales are final on pre-orders once the item(s) has shipped from the vendor/manufacturer.
